Document and filing coordination
GLEAN GOLD provides initial assessment, document preparation, professional coordination and progress follow-up. Filing requirements and approval decisions remain with the relevant government authorities. GLEAN GOLD does not issue government certificates or guarantee approval.
Fee boundaries
Four cost categories, confirmed separately
Initial discussions are not a total-price commitment. Before work starts, the written scope must identify who charges each category, how it is paid and whether separate approval is required.
GLEAN GOLD service fee
Covers only the assessment, document preparation and coordination stated in the written scope, and is quoted separately.
Government fees
Application, licence and other statutory charges are set by the authority and paid separately at the rates current when filing.
Registered expert or engineer fees
Any legally required registered environmental expert, engineer or other professional quotes independently or is itemised separately in writing.
Laboratory, travel and third-party costs
Testing, sampling, site travel, translation, courier and other third-party costs require prior confirmation and separate settlement.
