Government document intelligence

Official mining rules, translated into practical next steps.

GLEAN GOLD organizes public documents from Tanzania's mining, environment, chemicals, investment and workplace authorities. We preserve the official source, add reviewed bilingual interpretation, and publish searchable records without presenting GLEAN GOLD as the issuing authority.

Official sources we can monitor and organize

These source groups define the initial collection scope. Each public record must still pass source, translation and publication review.

Ministry of Minerals

Mining policy, regulations and sector documents

Mining legislation, policies, regulations, official forms, safety documents and ministry notices.

NEMC

Environmental assessment and operating guidance

Environmental publications, EIA guidance, manuals and materials relevant to project screening and review.

GCLA

Chemicals registration, storage and movement

Acts, regulations and portal guidance for chemicals registration, permits and controlled activities.

Tanzania Investment Centre

Investment registration and incentives

Certificate of Incentives requirements, investment legislation and supporting application information.

Bilingual interpretation drafts

Initial government-document interpretation set

Only briefs with completed translation and human publication review appear here. Pending drafts remain internal and must not be treated as approved legal or regulatory conclusions.

No interpretation brief is approved for public display yet.

Five bilingual drafts remain internal while source, translation and human publication review is completed. Their official source links remain available in the source directory above.

From source to public dossier

How a government document becomes a reviewed GLEAN GOLD record

01

Official source discovered

We capture the official page, title, issuing authority, publication date and source URL.

02

Source and rights review

The record remains an internal draft while its source, currency and publication rights are checked.

03

Bilingual interpretation

GLEAN GOLD prepares a Chinese or English translation and a practical summary, then sends it for review.

04

Controlled publication

Only approved records are published, with the official source and GLEAN GOLD assistance clearly labelled.

Reviewed bilingual summary standard

Every summary follows the same decision-focused structure.

The summary is not a loose translation. It is a structured brief designed to help a reader understand what the document is, who it affects and what must be checked next.

Document identity

Official title, issuing authority, reference or version, publication date and original language.

Bilingual executive summary

A concise English and Chinese explanation that preserves the document's defined terms and legal meaning.

Authority and applicability

Which authority controls the requirement, who it applies to and which licence, project or activity is affected.

Actions and required materials

Application steps, supporting documents, registrations, approvals and evidence explicitly required by the source.

Dates, validity and renewal

Effective dates, filing deadlines, validity periods and renewal points when stated in the official document.

Risks and points to verify

Ambiguities, missing facts, conflicts with other sources and matters requiring confirmation with the authority.
